Welcome to Basaas!

Great, that you are here! After you have registered you can directly start using Basaas. Here are a few tips on how to use Basaas effectively.

Get familiar with your digital hub

The most important thing is that you connect all your apps to Basaas. This way you can make the most of the different services and turn Basaas into your digital hub. But what does the digital hub actually look like? 

 

MyDay

You can see all notifications from your connected apps in MyDay. Pin your notifcations and create tasks or create rules to filter unimportant notifications.

 

  • Stream: See notifications, Create Filter, Mark as read, pin, open app, Refresh 
  • Calendar: Click on calendar, to see events
  • Pinned Items: Save for later, se detailed view, create task or resolve them
  • Focus Tasks: See important tasks, Search Tasks, Add Tasks, Complete Tasks
  • Settings: Add connected apps

 

Hint: Connect as many apps as you can to make MyDay your digital hub. 

 

Calendar

You can see all appointments of your different calendars. With different colors you can clearly display your appointments. You can find all the details of your appointments and join your online meetings with just one click. 

 

  • Events: See details, set colors
  • Timeperiod: Change the displayed timeperiod
  • Dates: Choose which day is displayed

 

Tasks

Connect all your task management apps. With focus tasks you can prioritize your day and see your most important tasks. Work together with your team in projects and assign tasks to each other.

Documents
