If you are facing problems while starting your Basaas App, you should reset your app.
A problem could be that you see a white screen and are not logged in.
Note:
If you reset your app you will be logged out of your apps. You have to log in to your apps again afterwards.
Reset your Windows App:
Click on the "Reset App" option at the top of the menu bar in the "Basaas" section.
Reset your Mac App:
Click on the "Reset App" option at the top of the menu bar in the "Basaas" section.
