Reset a custom design

Reset your custom design if your company branding has changed or you want to start personalizing from the beginning.

Note:
Resetting the custom design can not be undone.

 

How to reset the custom design:

  1. Go to the company settings by clicking on "Administration" in the navigation in the Basaas webversion

  2. Scroll down the page to the bottom of the Custom Design Header / Footer section and click "Reset design"

  3. Confirm the reset by clicking on "OK"
  4. The design has been reset to the Basaas standard

That’s it – you’ve reset the custom design!
